Congratulations to our school website and school web curator Ms. Amy Stoll. The West Potomac website was named as the Best FCPS High School Website at this year's Web Curators Conference.

Below is a portion of the write-up recognizing Ms. Stoll for her award.

Fine Arts teacher Amy Stoll is the only original school curator from one of our pilot high schools who is still doing the job. And what a job she does. A photography teacher by trade, Ms. Stoll switches her homepage photo on a weekly basis and brightens the public face of the school by actively rotating academics, arts, athletics, student life, and more. In addition, you’ll never find fewer than 10 announcements on the homepage, Fine and Performing Arts, Student Services, and PTSA events throughout the year on her calendar, a beautiful and comprehensive Student Activities section that boasts the school’s clubs, sports, performing arts, student publications, service learning and more while also a robust Student Services section clear with mission statement, point of contacts, College and Career Center, annual programs and presentations, student testing, new student registration procedures, and more. You’ll find Ms. Stoll in her classroom or workroom each day during her planning period working on beautifying the site and informing stakeholders on all issues important to them.
