The Student Information System (SIS) Parent Account Access allows parents access to teacher grade books, attendance information, course history and other useful information.
To reset your SIS ParentVue password, please go here: https://sisparent.fcps.edu/ and click on the "Forgot Password" icon. When prompted, enter your SIS account username, which we have on file as: shelley.luxner@pgcps.org
Please note that the username is case sensitive and in this instance it must be entered using all lowercase letters. You will then receive an email from noreply@fcps.edu. Note: your primary email is listed as the following: shelley.luxner@pgcps.org
If the email does not show up in your main inbox, please check to make sure it wasn’t sent to your “Spam” or “Junk” folder. Click on the link within the email to reset your password. After that, you will need to close all browsers, reopen a new browser, and try logging in with the new password. Please wait 15 minutes after changing your password before trying to log in to your account again as there is always a lag in the system when a password is changed.
