Please use the parent account registration page to register your account. You will need an activation key to log in for the first time.

Please go to https://sisparent.fcps.edu to log in to your Parent Vue Account.

Please contact Student Services if you need a new activation key or are having issues logging onto your Parent Vue Account.

To reset your SIS ParentVue password, please go here: https://sisparent.fcps.edu/ and click on the "Forgot Password" icon.  When prompted, enter your SIS account username, which we have on file as: @email

Please note that the username is case sensitive and in this instance it must be entered using all lowercase letters.  You will then receive an email from @email. Note: your primary email is listed as the following: @email 

If the email does not show up in your main inbox, please check to make sure it wasn’t sent to your “Spam” or “Junk” folder.  Click on the link within the email to reset your password.  After that, you will need to close all browsers, reopen a new browser, and try logging in with the new password.  Please wait 15 minutes after changing your password before trying to log in to your account again as there is always a lag in the system when a password is changed.
