Family Literacy English Classes
Family Literacy English classes are for West Potomac parents and family members to learn about their child's educational journey and school supports available to them.
Sessions are held in room 604 from 6-8pm, most Tuesdays and Thursdays.
It's a great way to connect with our school leadership, staff and community!
Pictured above is the class cultural fair where parents and their children created presentations and brought in traditional foods from their country to share with the class. They challenged themselves to fill a jar with token, with each token representing something the parent did at home with their child to support their development. the group filled the jar in one week and celebrated by capturing this moment together.
